Get funding for environment projects

The program provides funding for community based projects that help reduce harm to the environment.

Up to $20,000 is available. Higher levels of funding may be considered where projects can demonstrate exceptional benefits to the community.

Who can apply

You can apply for a grant if your project is of benefit to the Northern Territory (NT).

You must be an incorporated organisation to apply. Organisations that can apply include:

  • community groups
  • industry associations
  • local government
  • schools
  • Aboriginal corporations
  • not-for-profit organisations
  • private businesses.

You can't apply if you have un-acquitted funding from a previous NT EPA or NT Government grant.
